Refund policy
We want you to be happy with Chapbook. If it isn't right for you, email support@rqai.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. The same applies to a renewal charge: if you didn't mean to renew, email us within 14 days of the charge.
What happens on a refund
Your licence key is revoked and Chapbook stops unlocking on your devices. Anything you've already published to your own GitHub repository or R2 bucket stays yours and is unaffected.
How the money comes back
Refunds go to your original payment method through Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 working days.
After 14 days
We don't offer partial refunds mid-year, but you can cancel any time to stop future renewals — and if something's broken, email us first: we'd rather fix it.
Free trials
Free trials are free — there's nothing to refund.

Email support@rqai.co.uk from, or quoting, the email address you purchased with.
Statutory rights
This voluntary policy is in addition to rights you may have where digital content or a service is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. It does not shorten or waive mandatory cancellation or consumer remedies.
